Join us for a fun and exciting volunteering opportunity at QUB Dodgeball's Halloween Tournament! Help out behind the scenes while and watch the action unfold. It’s a fantastic way to meet new people, get involved in student life, and be part of an unique sporting event!

Roles below include:

Meet and Greet: welcome any participants to the event. Show the participants where the registration is, some people will be signing up as part of a team or as an individual. During the tournament your job will be to notify the teams when they are playing next and what court they are playing on.

Registration: Check in the participations who signed up for the event. Some people will have signed up as a team of 6 and other will have signed up as an individual. Anyone who signed up as an individual will need to be placed in a team. If someone has turned up for the event without signing up, please put their name on the bottom of the registration sheet.

Ball Catcher and Score Counter: when the ball goes out of bounds for the court, the ball catcher will go get the ball and put it back onto the court so that the game can continue. Inform the person in charge of the

Fixtures and Leader Board: once all teams have been signed up, the person in charge of the fixtures and Leader board will create the fixture list for the tournament (put the teams in order they are playing). At the end of each game the ball catchers will inform you who won each match. It will then be your job to update the leader board of who is winning the tournament.
