What stuff we want to change and why we want to change it
We know that not every single student at Queen’s is aware of the Students’ Union, what it can offer them or about the seven Student Officers that have been elected to help and represent them.
This means that some students aren’t benefitting from all of our great services, like our Advice Centre, Volunteer SU, Enterprise SU, Clubs & Societies, Entertainments, Shops, Cafes and Bars.
We want to make sure that we do our best to make as many students know about their Union as possible and encourage them to use the services that are available to them.
How we are going to change it
We’re heading out and about campus to bring the Union right to your doorstep.
Your Student Officers, Part-Time Student Officers and Union Staff from Enterprise SU, Volunteer SU and The Advice Centre will be there, plus RAG, NUS-USI and Rock the Vote too :)
There'll be all the information about how your Union can help you and even competitions* where you could win:
- A FOMO VIP Package: Free entry for 5 people, a reserved table and bottle of Champagne
- Dinner & Drinks for two in The Speakeasy
- Dinner for your student house for a week from The Mighty Spud
- ‘Christmas Eve Can Kill You’ tickets and post show drinks for two people from The Lyric Theatre
- One of three Queen’s Hoodies from The SU Shop, and more!
