Volunteering:

Volunteering offers a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, have fun, boost your confidence, and gain invaluable experience that will create lifelong memories!

No matter your interests, a variety of organisations will be on campus, to discuss their exciting volunteering opportunities. This is your chance to expand your professional network, gain hands-on experience, and deepen your understanding of the not-for-profit sector, all while developing practical skills with mission-driven organisations.

Seize this opportunity to build valuable work experience, connect with organisations dedicated to social change, and explore the many diverse opportunities available.

Wellbeing:

We are big advocates of the many ways you achieve mindfulness, including through craft. You can try this out as we have planned a lovely Silk Art Painting workshop as part of the fair. (Registration required - link can be found on event booking page).

The workshop will be held outside Mandela Hall, in the foyer.

You can drop by and chat with wellbeing organisations to discover their top tips and explore supportive tools and resources.

This is a chance to learn more about services from the Students' Union and other Support services at Queen's that can make a difference for you. From our Drug and Alcohol Harm Reduction programme to resources from QUB Wellbeing and Accessible Learning Support, there’s a wide range of support available to help you during your time at university.

Quiet Half-Hour:

A Quiet Half Hour is available from 12.30-1pm, designed to support students with varying levels of mobility, hearing, or vision, and/or sensitivity to sound and crowds. The Quiet Half Hour is from 12.30-1pm, and numbers are capped (registration required - link can be found on event booking page).
