Are you an ambitious, entrepreneurial woman looking to develop the skills and confidence you need to help you enter the job market or start your own business?

Our tailored InnovateHer programme will develop your: communication, teamwork, creativity, pitching, and networking skills.

You’ll attend specialist workshops from Belfast’s best and brightest entrepreneurs, covering the likes of: idea generation, design thinking, marketing, finance, and leadership.

Plus, you’ll meet like-minded students, learn from inspirational business-women, and join empowering networks.

  • Develop vital business skills

    Through InnovateHer you'll have the chance to take part in engaging and interactive sessions led by industry experts.  You'll have the opportunity to improve upon vital skills such as:

    • Communication
    • Teamwork
    • Creativity
    • Pitching
    • Networking 

    This year will see a variety of workshops led by successful female businesswomen and entrepreneurs.

  • Become business savvy

    Successful applicants will have the chance to attend workshops on:

    • Idea Generation
    • Design Thinking 
    • Marketing
    • Finance
    • Leadership

    We also have exciting visits planned during the programme that will allow you to meet and network with successful female entrepreneurs and learn about their businesses of campus.

  • Meet ambitious entrepreneurs

    Throughout Innovateher you'll be introduced to a variety of inspirational business-women.

    You'll be able to listen and learn from their first-hand experiences and develop your own professional network.

    This year's speakers will include:

  • Be rewarded

    Upon completion of the programme, you'll be invited to a celebratory graduation event with drinks & nibbles, guest speakers and awards.

    Furthermore, as a participant of InnovateHer you will be eligible for a Route A Queen's Degree Plus Award - an amazing addition to your degree (and your CV!)
